No. 12

Went out for my friend Jill's 30th birthday last night. Picked up this appropriately sparkly shirt on clearance at Ann Taylor Loft for the occasion (sold out online, but you might be able to find it in store). We danced our asses off and had a blast!

No. 10

Went to see this house the other day. Liked it a lot even though the inside is completely "retro". We're just starting to get back into the search so we'll see.

Excuse the crappy photo today, just had our point & shoot and took this quickly as we were leaving.

No. 8

Took down our Christmas tree. It stayed so fresh that that sucker actually started sprouting.

No. 7

LOST starts its final season on February 2nd so we're watching season 5 all over again before it begins.

No. 6

Picked up this sweater from Anthropolgie that I have been coveting forever.

Plaza cardigan from Anthro. There's not many online anymore, but there were several different colors still in the two stores I went to.

Photo No. 4

I call this a baking fail. I got one of those cookie in a jar mixes for Christmas. You know, all the dry ingredients in a jar, all I had to do was add the eggs, butter, and vanilla. Sounds simple, right? This is what came out of the oven:

WTF? Me thinks she forgot to add some flour to the jar? So I added some for the rest of the batch. Well, that didn't go so well since I got distracted and left them in too long. At least they looked more like oatmeal cookies.

Yuck.
I swear I'm a good cook! And I bake from scratch too!

Photo No. 2

That's how many calories I burned today at the gym. I love my Saturday workouts.

Hello 2010

It's time to resurrect this blog. One of my resolutions for 2010 is to take a photo a day and blog them here. I'm also adding another little challenge to it - to shoot each photo in full manual mode. Sounds easy, but we'll see how I do!

So, here is day one's photo. Seemed quite appropriate - reading my new photography book that I got for Christmas.
